Conditions Treated

Prior to treatment a full assessment is carried out to determine the nature of the condition to be treated.

Once the condition is classified the appropriate exercises and advice can be given to promote recovery and prevent recurrence.

If after assessment and reassessment the symptoms are considered to be unsuited to mechanical therapy, advice regarding further management, or other options, will be given and discussed.

Hicaps is available - The treatment can be debited from the health fund immediately by swiping the HF card.

Medicare will cover the cost of 5 visits for people who have a chronic condition. The GP needs to fill out an EPC form for this.

Number of treaments is kept to a minimum as the emphasis is on self management.
